We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering contracts
  • information provided is accurate
  • you will comply with applicable laws
  • you will not misuse our services

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for:

  • immediately reporting unauthorized access

BitRo Lab’s shall not be liable for losses caused by compromised credentials due to user negligence.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

  • designs
  • trademarks
  • branding
  • databases
  • APIs
  • documentation
  • content

remain exclusive property of BitRo Lab’s unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute company assets without written permission.

6. PAYMENTS & BILLING

For paid services:

  • invoices must be paid within agreed timelines
  • delayed payments may incur penalties
  • taxes including GST may apply
  • services may be suspended for non-payment

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may integrate with third-party providers including:

  • cloud platforms
  • payment gateways
  • APIs
  • analytics providers
  • hosting services

BitRo Lab’s is not responsible for third-party failures, outages, or policies.

8. PRIVACY

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitRo Lab’s shall not be liable for:

11. TERMINATION

  • create security risks

Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

BitRo Lab’s shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by:

  • internet outages
  • government actions
  • war
  • infrastructure failures
  • events beyond reasonable control

13. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting on official platforms.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
