API USAGE POLICY

FOR BITRO LAB’S

This API Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs access to and use of APIs, developer tools, endpoints, integrations, and related services provided by BitRo Lab’s (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using BitRo Lab’s APIs, developers, businesses, and users agree to comply with this Policy.

1. PURPOSE

6. RATE LIMITING & FAIR USAGE

BitRo Lab’s may enforce:

  • request limits
  • bandwidth controls
  • throttling mechanisms
  • usage quotas
  • concurrency restrictions

Excessive or abusive traffic may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

7. DATA USAGE & PRIVACY

API users must:

  • comply with applicable privacy laws
  • protect user information
  • avoid unauthorized data collection
  • use data only for permitted purposes

Unauthorized sharing or sale of obtained data is prohibited.

8. API MODIFICATIONS

BitRo Lab’s reserves the right to:

  • discontinue deprecated versions

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Availability may be affected by:

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All APIs, SDKs, documentation, software, and related materials remain intellectual property of BitRo Lab’s unless otherwise stated.

Users receive limited, non-transferable access rights subject to this Policy.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BitRo Lab’s shall not be liable for:

  • service interruptions

  • indirect damages

  • business losses

API usage remains at the user’s own risk.

14. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

BitRo Lab’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access if users:
