ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of services, software, websites, APIs, platforms, applications, infrastructure, and systems provided by BitRo Lab’s (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using our services, users agree to comply with this Policy.
Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

Users shall not distribute or deploy:

- spyware
- trojans
- worms
- malicious scripts
- harmful payloads
D. Abuse of Infrastructure
Users shall not:
- overload systems intentionally
- perform denial-of-service attacks
- abuse APIs excessively
- consume unreasonable resources
- interfere with platform availability
E. Intellectual Property Violations
Users shall not:
- distribute pirated software
- violate copyrights or trademarks
- copy proprietary systems unlawfully
- reverse engineer protected software without authorization
F. Spam & Abuse
Users shall not:
- send spam or unsolicited communications
- engage in phishing activities
- impersonate individuals or organizations
- spread misinformation or malicious content
G. Harmful or Offensive Content
Users shall not upload or distribute content involving:
- hate speech
- harassment
- exploitation
- unlawful adult content
- violent extremism
- discriminatory conduct
3. SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for:
- protecting account credentials
- maintaining secure systems
- implementing reasonable security practices
- monitoring unauthorized access
- reporting security incidents promptly
Failure to secure user credentials shall remain the user’s responsibility.
4. API & AUTOMATION USAGE
Users utilizing APIs or automated systems shall not:
- abuse rate limits
- scrape unauthorized data
- disrupt service functionality
- automate attacks or spam activities
BitRo Lab’s reserves the right to restrict abusive traffic.
5. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
BitRo Lab’s reserves the right to:
- monitor system activity
- investigate suspicious behavior
- suspend or terminate accounts
- remove unlawful content
- cooperate with law enforcement authorities
where necessary to protect infrastructure, users, or legal compliance.
6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

7. NO EXPECTATION OF UNLIMITED ACCESS

- losses caused by user violations
