REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, subscriptions, software services, and digital products offered by BitRo Lab’s (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. SERVICES COVERED

- SaaS Products
- Website & Mobile App Development
- API Services
- Cloud Solutions
- Technical Consulting
- Maintenance Plans
- Subscription Services
- Digital Products
- Custom Software Projects
2. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital and software services, refunds are limited and subject to review.
Refunds may only be granted under circumstances approved by BitRo Lab’s.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following are generally NON-refundable:
- completed development work
- delivered source code
- customized software solutions
- consulting services
- deployment/configuration work
- domain registration
- hosting charges
- third-party software licenses
- subscription fees already utilized
- downloadable digital products
4. PROJECT CANCELLATION
By Client
If a client cancels a project:
- advance payments may be non-refundable
- completed work shall be billed proportionally
- delivered milestones remain payable
- intellectual property ownership transfers only after full payment
BitRo Lab’s reserves the right to retain payment for work already completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services if:
- fraudulent activity is suspected
- payments are not received
- abusive behavior occurs
- legal violations are identified
- project requirements become impractical or unlawful
In such cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
For subscription-based products:
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
- users may cancel future renewals anytime
- no partial refunds for active billing periods unless required by law
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions before renewal dates.
6. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refund requests may be considered if:
- duplicate payment occurred
- service was not delivered at all
- technical failure permanently prevents access
- legally required under applicable laws
Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of BitRo Lab’s.

8. REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refunds may take approximately:
- 7–15 business days
- depending on banking/payment providers
BitRo Lab’s is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways.
9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Users agree to contact BitRo Lab’s before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- account suspension
- legal action
- recovery proceedings
10. MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY
BitRo Lab’s may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on official platforms.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BitRo Lab’s shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses
- business interruption
- user dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
- third-party service failures
- client-side technical issues
