LEGAL HUB GUIDE & NAVIGATION
Welcome to the BitRo Lab’s Legal Hub. This guide is designed to help clients, legal professionals, and team members navigate our legal framework, understand our document structure, and locate specific articles, agreements, or clauses.
1. HOW TO SEARCH THE LEGAL HUB
Our Legal Hub includes a powerful, real-time search engine built directly into the documentation interface.
Location of the Search Bar
- Desktop View: Located at the top of the left sidebar, directly under the “Legal Documents” heading.
- Mobile View: Located at the top of the page under the “Legal Documents” navigation section when expanded.
Search Features & Behavior
- Live Indexing: The search index covers all 19 legal documents simultaneously. As you type, matches are displayed instantly.
- Keyword Matching: You can search by document names, article numbers, or specific terms (e.g., “intellectual property”, “milestone”, “limitation of liability”).
- Sub-results & Snippets: Search results display matching snippets of text showing the exact context of the term in each document. Click any snippet to jump directly to that section.
2. DOCUMENT STRUCTURE & NAVIGATION
The Legal Hub is split into three main components: the sidebar navigation, the main content container, and the Table of Contents (TOC).
2.1 Left Sidebar (Document Selector)
The left sidebar displays a complete list of all active agreements and policies.
- The document you are currently viewing is highlighted with a distinct color matching the site’s theme.
- Clicking any document title will load that page instantly without losing your scroll position or theme settings.
2.2 Right Sidebar (On-Page Table of Contents)
- Desktop View: Located on the right side of the screen, the TOC shows all major headings (
H1,H2,H3) for the active document. - Interactive Anchors: Click any heading in the TOC to scroll smoothly to that section of the document.
- Responsive Layout: The right sidebar is automatically hidden on smaller screens (tablets and mobile devices) to optimize readability.
2.3 Mobile View Support
On mobile devices, the sidebars collapse to fit the smaller screen size. The left navigation sidebar stays accessible above or below the content, allowing full navigation without pinching or zooming.
3. ARTICLE & CONTRACT NUMBERING SYSTEM
To make referencing and citations precise, all legal documents in the hub follow a standardized numbering system.
